As the Head of Data Science and Analytics at Crossover Search Partners, I lead our analytics team and manage both our company database and external data sources. My mission is to transform every conversation into quantifiable data and to stay embedded in life science activity such as deals, funding, catalysts, IPOs, etc. By leveraging our resources, we are able to make high-quality connections quickly. I take great pride in our data infrastructure and am honored to have significantly contributed to shaping our systems and processes.

In addition to my work at Crossover Search Partners, I also lecture at the University at Albany in the Information Sciences and Informatics department. I teach students about the Life Sciences and guide them through the full data analysis lifecycle, helping them build portfolio projects that address real-world business challenges and create meaningful impact.

I hold a MS in Data Science from Merrimack College. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, from The City College of New York. I completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and multiple Analytics certifications.  

In my personal life, I have a big creative side. I love to draw, paint, and make pottery. I have an incredible husband and son and we spend our weekends exploring parks and doing fun outdoor activities.
