After years working as a commercial litigator and in-house corporate counsel, I decided it was time to shake things up. I always wanted to apply my legal expertise on the strategic side of the business and be more entrepreneurial, so in 2021, I joined Crossover Search Partners to build out a Legal & Compliance Division. In this role, I am combining my insights as an attorney and my understanding of the complex legal & compliance landscape within the life science sector to connect with candidates on a more personable level, understand what drives them, and deliver invaluable guidance to both clients and candidates.  

Our goal is for Crossover Search Partners to be a go-to executive search & advisory firm for top legal and compliance talent in the life science industry. We are building an extensive network of the industry’s top talent and have successfully led searches across all key legal and compliance function areas (including, Corporate, Transactional, IP, Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing) as well as other business-facing positions in Business Development, Accounting, Finance, Policy & Government Relations, Clinical Compliance, and Regulatory. Overall, my work goes beyond just matching great people with great companies and it’s a privilege to able to work with some of the world’s most innovative companies who are changing patient’s lives.   

I’m a born and raised New Yorker (Knicks, Giants and Yankees) and stayed locally to earn my JD and BBA from Hofstra University. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my wife and mini-goldendoodle, Dash, shooting hoops, golfing, or traveling.
