With more than a decade of experience recruiting senior physicians and life sciences executives, I bring deep marketplace insight across the biotech landscape. I specialize in CMO and clinical development leadership—placing Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Chief Medical Officers for public and private companies—along with roles in translational medicine, research, discovery, and medical affairs. My broader practice also includes scientific and business leadership, from Chief Scientific Officers and Heads of Biology to business development, commercial, and finance roles, including CFO searches.

I also serve on the committee building the CMO Sisterhood, a national networking group designed to support and elevate physician-executives across the life sciences industry.

Outside of work, I love traveling with my family and staying grounded in health, wellness, and lifelong learning.
